Terms of Service

App9 is operated by AccelerMedia. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, joining a team, or using any App9 product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific terms shown to you.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, team, projects, API usage, and hosted apps.
• You may not share accounts in a way that avoids limits, fees, security controls, or entitlement checks.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use App9 in compliance with applicable law.

App9 includes an account and billing control plane, App9 Builder, generated or hosted user apps, product-specific integrations, AI-assisted features, credit usage, entitlement checks, marketing/waitlist features, and related tools. Features may change, be added, be removed, or be limited as App9 evolves.

• Credits purchased in a one-time package or through auto-reload do not expire. The number of credits charged for future App9 actions may change; current rates are shown before purchase or use.
• App9 Pass is the recurring shared-credit subscription. It may be sold through Stripe, Apple, or Google, renews automatically until canceled, and issues the allowance shown for the selected tier. Each App9 Pass allowance expires 90 days after it is issued.
• The Grand Opening App9 Pass welcome offer, while enabled, provides 1,000 promotional credits once per App9 user after the first successfully paid App9 Pass transaction. Those credits expire 90 days after issuance and do not repeat on renewal or resubscription. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may revoke the unused portion.
• If you enable auto-reload, App9 may charge your saved payment method when your balance falls below your chosen threshold, subject to your selected package and calendar-month spending cap. You can change or disable auto-reload at any time.
• You can manage or cancel App9 Pass through the billing portal or the store where it was purchased. Canceling stops future renewals but does not remove already issued credits before their stated expiration or automatically refund prior charges.
• Free monthly credits are promotional credits. Current free monthly allocation is 50 credits, and free credits expire one month after issue.
• Credits are a limited, revocable right to access App9 usage capacity. Credits are not cash, stored value, gift cards, currency, or property.
• Credits are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.
• Prices, package sizes, included usage, expiration rules, and availability may change prospectively.
• You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, and any fees caused by failed, disputed, or reversed payments.

You keep your rights in prompts, files, project content, generated outputs, hosted apps, and other materials you submit or create through App9, subject to rights you grant us to operate, secure, debug, improve, and provide the services. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or using them in production.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or similar to content generated for other users. App9 does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

You may not misuse App9, interfere with the service, violate the law, infringe others' rights, bypass security or billing controls, or use App9 to create, host, or distribute prohibited content. Additional rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

App9 relies on third-party providers for payment processing, infrastructure, authentication, email, AI/model services, source control integrations, diagnostics, and other product features. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

We work to keep App9 reliable, but App9 may be unavailable, delayed, changed, limited, or discontinued. We may suspend or limit access to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, address security issues, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using App9 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for App9 or others, fail to pay amounts due, or use App9 unlawfully. Termination may result in loss of access to credits, projects, hosted apps, and account data, subject to applicable law and our retention obligations.

App9 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App9 and AccelerMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to defend and indemnify App9 and AccelerMedia from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, hosted apps, use of App9, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of App9 after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
