Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to App9 Account, App9 Builder, generated apps, hosted projects, integrations, AI features, and any App9 product or API.

Prohibited Activity

  • Illegal activity, fraud, deception, impersonation, phishing, scams, or unauthorized access.
  • Malware, credential theft, botnets, spam, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability exploitation, or attempts to bypass App9 security, rate limits, credits, entitlements, or billing controls.
  • Infringement or misuse of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights.
  • Harassment, threats, abuse, doxxing, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content targeting children in unsafe or exploitative ways.
  • High-risk uses where failure could lead to death, personal injury, critical infrastructure damage, financial loss, or legal deprivation without appropriate expert review and safeguards.
  • Submitting payment card numbers, government identifiers, protected health information, credentials, or other highly sensitive data unless the specific App9 feature is designed and approved for that use.
  • Using App9 to generate, host, distribute, or facilitate content or apps that violate applicable platform, payment processor, AI provider, hosting provider, or marketplace rules.

Hosted Apps and User Projects

You are responsible for the apps, code, content, data flows, dependencies, and integrations you create or publish with App9. You must provide your own legal notices, privacy disclosures, consent flows, and compliance controls for user-facing apps where required.

AI Use

You must review AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, or using it in production. Do not use App9 to make automated decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, criminal justice, or similarly significant matters without appropriate human review and legal compliance.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, disable projects, suspend usage, limit credits, block deployments, or terminate accounts where necessary to protect users, App9, providers, or the public.
