| Stripe | Payment processing, payment intents, receipts, billing support, dispute handling, and fraud controls. | Billing contact data, transaction metadata, payment status, and processor-managed payment details. |
| Google OAuth sign-in where enabled. | Google account identifier, email address, profile metadata, and authentication metadata. | |
| Resend, Brevo, or Cloudflare Email | Transactional email, verification email, password reset email, team invitations, waitlist messages, and marketing email where configured. | Email address, message content, delivery metadata, unsubscribe status, and related support data. |
| OpenAI and other AI/model providers | AI-assisted product functionality, generation, analysis, model calls, and related App9 product workflows. | Prompts, project context, submitted files or metadata, outputs, model usage, and diagnostics needed to provide requested features. |
